All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not ship there at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Luxorto is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

Luxorto is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Postal or courier service disruptions

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Luxorto is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@luxorto.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
